INTRODUCTION.
Modernist architecture is the term used in Spain to refer to a type of buildings that were built between the last decades of the nineteenth century and first decades of the XXX. It is a new and monumental architecture, which is evidenced by the creative genius and fancy, but its functionalist architects, among whom it is worth pointing to Antonio Gaudi, Louis Doménechi Montaner and Josep Josep Maria Jujol Puigi Cadafalch. It is an architecture that reflects an ornamental component inspired by nature, flora and fauna and managed based on the asymmetrical, with the corrugated and the incorporation of new materials that are integrated into the structure.

Antonio Gaudi, head of the Spanish architecture, and especially of Modernist architecture, marked a personal touch in his work, which evokes images of a great imaginative and creative genius.
